Organized by the Potomac Region Wheelmen, the 2nd Frederick Clustered Spires High Wheel Race will be a unique racing event set to take the streets of historic downtown Frederick on August 17, 2013, featuring riders of antique or replica high wheel bicycles. This is the only race of its kind in the United States, and one of four in the world.
